Held on the third Thursday of the month, this lecture series invites attendees to join us for talks by local subject-matter experts.
Sorting through your belongings in preparation for a major life change is a marathon, not a sprint.
Once you come up with a goal and a plan, those boxes in the basement and attic aren’t nearly as intimidating as you think. And getting started before it becomes necessary to downsize makes the task much easier, and perhaps even a pleasant one.
Join us for a presentation on how to downsize and rightsize your home in preparation to sell, age in place, or simply for more peace of mind with Peter Conlon, owner of Vermont Move Management. Peter will present strategies to get you started, how to carry through, and where to find the help needed to make downsizing a success. He’ll also discuss aging in place basics that focus on simple steps that can make your home – or new home – safer for the long term.
Third Thursday events are open to Morgan Orchards’ residents, their family and friends, those who are interested in Morgan Orchards, as well as the general public.
