Melissa Jordan of Jordan Home Services
Melissa Jordan is a Professional Organizer (PO), ASP Home Stager, and owner of Jordan Home Services, LLC in Morrisville, VT. Melissa received her PO credentials through QC Design School of Ottawa and has been practicing since 2012. She is a current member of National Association of Professional Organizers Greater New Hampshire (NAPO GNH) chapter. In December 2015 Melissa received her ASP credentials from Stagedhomes.com and is a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP).
As an organizer, Melissa works with individuals at all stages of life to declutter and organize their physical space for comfort and function. As a home stager, she helps home owners to prepare their homes for the real estate market by decluttering, depersonalizing, and then adding back in furnishings and décor that will help a home appeal to the widest pool of buyers for the best price.
Sherri McPhetres of Vermont Heritage Real Estate
Sherri McPhetres is an eighth generation Vermonter and native of the Randolph area, where she was raised and educated. This has served as the foundation for her value system. She is a supporter of her community and the ruralness of its surrounding.
Sherri began her career with the local newspaper in typesetting and continued in the printing/publishing field at a large journal/book printing firm in Berlin, Vermont. She rose among the ranks, achieving managerial status which later served her well in real estate endeavors. Her work experience has always been about communication in one form or another, making her a success in the real estate profession.
Sherri owns and is a broker with Vermont Heritage Real Estate where she oversees a staff of nine agents and an office manager. Her work ethic, knowledge, professionalism and commitment to serving her community in her capacity as a real estate broker has made her successful in a career she loves and thrives in.
Lisa Campion of Gale & McAllister, PLLC
Lisa is admitted to practice in all Vermont state and federal courts. Lisa’s practice includes commercial and residential real estate, estate planning and administration as well as business and nonprofit law. Before joining the Law Office of Lisa Gale in June of 2015, Lisa worked at Martin & Associates, a general practice law firm in Washington County, Vermont since 2012. Lisa represented clients in a variety of matters including real estate, estate planning and administration, family law, and other civil law matters.
She graduated from Vermont Law School in May of 2011 with a JD and Masters of Environmental Law and Policy. While in law school, Lisa worked as a student-practitioner for the South Royalton Legal Clinic and advocated for legal aid clients in numerous legal settings. Lisa also worked on the Carbon Reduction Task Force and Campus Greening Committee to propose and implement Vermont Law School’s first “Carbon Reduction Plan.”
