Ursula Margazano- Vice President of Senior Services
Ursula joined the team at Gifford in the summer of 2018. She oversees the entire Gifford Retirement Community, including Strode. Ursula wants to continue emphasizing the community by developing programs and services that best serve its members. She is committed to building relationships and providing service geared to the resident’s wants and goals.
Erin-Barry Fenton- Director
Erin is no stranger to Gifford’s Retirement Community having worked at Menig Nursing home from 2010-2014. As Director, Erin manages the day-to-day operations and oversees staff as well as building and property maintenance. She also works closely on resident engagement and communications. She is committed to working with the residents and employees to provide a safe and positive environment,
Camille Ricciardelli- Events and Activities Manager
Camille was welcomed to the Strode Community in May 2022. Her role is to help enable Strode’s residents to lead an active lifestyle, explore opportunities and become involved in the community in which they live. She was interested in joining the Strode team because of the diverse and supportive community created by both the staff and residents and Camille looks forward to becoming a local resource and a friendly face.
Silas Tanner- Head Chef
Silas jumped at the opportunity to work at Gifford after his great experiences when his two daughters were born. He may be new to the kitchen at Strode, but Silas has years of culinary experience. As someone who loves to cook for his friends and family, serving the Strode community is right in his wheelhouse. You’ll see Silas’s creativity shining through the menu and presentation.
David Howe- Facilities
David’s the person you need, whether it’s making repairs or keeping the grounds in great shape. His favorite part of the job is speaking with residents, making it a goal to ensure they’re taken care of 100%. Dave realizes how lucky the Strode residents and staff are to live and work in an area with such a gorgeous view, something he tries not to take for granted.
